*6 Technique Classes are REQUIRED to join a CrossFit Class*
No one started out lifting heavy. Technique is built over time. This class is designed to teach you the fundamental movements that create a CrossFit or Intensity workout. It combines an introduction to weightlifting movements such as the Squat and Deadlift. It teaches you basic gymnastics movements such as the Pull Up and Push Up. It prepares you for plyometrics by introducing the box jump and the sprint as well as introduces mobility and flexibility. Technique is the perfect way to start any fitness program because every movement is universal.
Technique is available at 10am and 7pm M-F and 11am on Saturdays.
