@12minute mark then

 

Metcon #2 (14)

“Isabel”

For time:

30 snatches (135/95)

(12 minute cap)

 

@24minute mark

 

Metcon #3

“Karen”

For time:

150 Wall ball shots (20/14)

(12 Minute Cap)

 

Coach’s note:

Some people are going to have a lot of rest and some are not with this but have fun make them support people. Yes it’s going to be hard but it is all do able. If you have an athlete that thinks they can do Isabel RX and you know they cant. Say NO because Annie is a little bit of a burner and if they cant do it then they get smoked going into the wall balls its not gonna be a good day.

 

Also set your clocks with 12 minute rounds going up so that way athletes can get their times for Every Work out.
